About You
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Valid unencumbered LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, LIMFT or LMFT License in the state of Ohio required.
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Competency in the treatment of mental health and/or substance use disorders.
- Experience collaborating with other team members to optimize client outcomes.
- Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations.
- Awareness of community and state support resources.

Founded in 1993, Signature Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing mental health, addiction recovery, primary care, infectious disease, pharmacy and lab services to patients of all ages. With 11 outpatient and residential locations in three Northeast Ohio counties (Ashtabula, Cuyahoga and Lake), Signature Health primarily serves Medicaid and Medicare patients and offers a sliding fee scale based on household income for patients without insurance.
