Summary
MedMark Treatment Centers, part of BayMark Health Services, is seeking a Counselor Supervisor to lead a team of counselors in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on providing essential support to individuals overcoming opioid use disorder.
About the Role
As a Counselor Supervisor, you will supervise a team of counselors, oversee intake operations, manage counselor caseloads, maintain your own caseload, conduct quality assurance reviews, and guide clinical performance through mentoring and training. You may also serve as Acting Treatment Center Director as needed.
About You
Required:
- Active OH license: LCDCIII, LICDC, LICDC-CS, LISW, or LPCC.
- 3+ years’ experience working with chemically dependent populations.
- Prior supervisory experience in a clinical or treatment setting.
- Compassionate, team-first mindset with a commitment to ethical care.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; EMR experience is a plus.
- Satisfactory criminal background check & drug screen.
