About the Role
As a Course and Laboratory Materials Development Specialist, you will develop engaging and interactive educational materials for lecture courses and laboratory experiments. You will collaborate with faculty to integrate technology into chemistry content, analyze learning objectives, and ensure alignment with curriculum frameworks. The position requires at least two days on-site work per week and involves receiving feedback to refine materials.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in Chemistry or related fields, or a B.S. degree with at least 2 to 3 years of experience.
- Experience in educational materials development and instructional design.
- Proficiency in MS Office and working knowledge of information technology.
Preferred:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Strong analytical-reasoning and problem-solving skills.
