- High School Diploma or fluency in Spanish and English.
- Provisional approval by the Florida State Courts System or passage of a state certification examination from another State.
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree.
- Two years of court/legal or related experience.
- A valid Florida Court Interpreter Certification issued by the Florida State Courts System.
- Federal courts certification issued by the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
