About the Role
As a CPA Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing all accounting and financial operations, preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP, overseeing budgeting and cash flow management, managing tax planning and compliance, coordinating external audits, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. You will also supervise and mentor the accounting/finance team and partner with leadership on financial strategy.
About You
Required:
- Active CPA license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing audits and working with external auditors.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
