About the Role

As a CPAP Support Agent, you will establish customer contact through outbound calls and inbound return calls to facilitate compliance with PAP devices. You will assist customers by coaching them on the company's products, resolving concerns, and maintaining accurate customer records. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring quality service by adhering to company policies and providing necessary follow-ups to achieve departmental objectives.
