About You
- Bachelor's degree in finance, public policy, economics, or related field or equivalent combination of education and/or 2+ years of experience in a bank or financial institution, preferably in the consumer compliance area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of CRA, Fair Lending, or regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, SAS, or similar tools).
