About the Role
As a CRA Coordinator, you will be responsible for analyzing, synthesizing, and developing revitalization strategies for the CRA District. Your duties will include coordinating with public and private entities, preparing reports, acting as a spokesperson for the CRA District, and assisting with grants related to redevelopment efforts. You will also supervise the execution of the Redevelopment Plan and develop public awareness programs.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of two years of progressively responsible redevelopment experience or closely related field.
- Direct experience in economic development, real estate development, or financing and investment analysis.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience with grants-in-aid from State, Federal, and private foundations.
- Knowledge of Community Redevelopment Agencies and Tax Increment Financing (TIF).
