About the Role
As a Craftsman, you will be responsible for completing residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects efficiently and professionally. Your daily tasks will include performing carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work. You will also diagnose issues, provide effective solutions, maintain excellent communication with customers, manage daily job schedules, and ensure compliance with safety guidelines and local building codes.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, tile, painting, basic plumbing, basic electrical, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Own basic tools required to perform handyman services
