- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of professional experience
- 5 years minimum experience in Energy, Resources & Industrials sectors
- Ability to travel 20-60% based on client needs
- MBA
- 5+ years' experience in relationship and/or business development in diversified Energy and Industrials companies
- Strong knowledge of professional services, sales execution, and management
- Proven track record in consulting, tax, and advisory services for Energy and Industrials companies
- Demonstrable relationship building experience that increased account penetration and revenue opportunities
- Working knowledge of competitive landscape and ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Experience in a global, matrixed account team framework
