About the Role

As a Creative Brand Strategist, you will be responsible for facilitating creative direction and campaign concepting, supporting strategic objectives through messaging and design, collaborating with internal teams to create branded content, guiding creative development across various media, and conducting competitive audits to inform brand evolution. You will also develop brand playbooks, ensure design consistency, and collaborate with partner-facing teams to strengthen relationships.

About You

Required:

5-7 years of experience in Marketing, with brand strategy experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.

Preferred:

Experience with video and motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects).
Creative problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
Analytical and strategic thinking.
