You will create and execute standout content and campaigns, produce high-quality written content, manage executive thought leadership programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. This hands-on role requires a growth-oriented mindset and the ability to turn insights into creative opportunities.
About You
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in content marketing, creative marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in a fast-moving B2B or startup environment.
- Strong content creation and writing skills.
- Experience with social-first storytelling, especially on LinkedIn.
- Comfort working with executives or senior leaders.
- Hands-on execution mindset.
Preferred:
- Creative instincts with a growth lens.
- Fluency with modern content and growth tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, and Figma.
- Curious and self-starting.
- Comfortable with ambiguity.
- Motivated by impact.
