Vibe.co is seeking a Creative Designer to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves owning all creative production for their high-volume paid advertising engine.
About the Role
As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for producing high-volume, high-diversity content across performance marketing channels like Meta and LinkedIn. Your tasks will include creating static assets and video content, testing concepts based on analytics, and building a scalable creative system. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and the analytics team to ensure rapid iteration and effective messaging.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume creative production for performance marketing.
- Proven ability to produce high-volume, high-diversity creative.
Preferred:
- Mobile gaming creative experience or strong DTC/e-commerce background from major brands running massive paid budgets.
- Experience creating static social ads and quick-turn vertical video content.
- AI-native mindset using generative AI tools to accelerate production.
