Ensign Services, Inc. is seeking a Credentialing and Support Specialist to join their Managed Care Team in a remote position for applicants in Florida. The role involves managing all aspects of credentialing and re-credentialing for various locations within the organization.
About the Role
As a Credentialing and Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with policies and regulations for credentialing applications, coordinating with legal and HR departments, maintaining credentialing documentation, and providing administrative support to the Contracting team. You will also represent the company professionally to health plans and external partners.

Required:
Proven strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated professionalism and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office applications.
Preferred:
Minimum 1 year facility credentialing and contracting experience in Senior Living/Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care community.
Proven track record of managing projects.
Post-Secondary degree preferred.
