About You
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in payer credentialing, medical staff services, or healthcare administration.
- Strong understanding of credentialing processes and healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, NCQA, CMS).
- Proficiency with credentialing databases (e.g., CAQH, PECOS, NPPES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience with credentialing software and healthcare systems.
- Certification as a Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) or similar credentialing certification.
