About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Four years of experience in credit and collection, billing, loans, insurance, or similar work, with two years in a hospital patient accounts unit.
- Completion of 30 credit hours of post-high school education may substitute for general experience.
- Experience with managed care agencies, including processing referrals and authorizations.
