About You
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
- MS Suite and computer experience.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds.
- Associate's degree in business or related discipline.
- Some Excel knowledge preferred.
- Accounts receivable, credit & collections experience preferred.
- Customer service experience a plus.
- Invoicing experience.
- Ability to work both independently or within a group.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Very good organizational abilities.
- Attention to detail; solid general math skills.
- Very good typing skills; cooperative and pleasant attitude with coworkers and clients.
- Willingness to be flexible and work overtime to meet deadlines.
