About the Role
As a Credit and Collections Manager, you will oversee and investigate credit risk for new accounts, advise company leadership on credit applications, design processes to improve cash flow, negotiate collections of past-due accounts, and develop procedures to monitor credit across the existing customer portfolio. You will also support credit initiatives across the broader organization and lead a team of three Accounts Receivable Administrators.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in credit collections and underwriting.
- Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-moving environment.
- High integrity and a growth mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence co-workers for positive outcomes.
- Exceptional problem-solving and financial analysis skillset.
