As a Credit Card SME, you will be responsible for leveraging your 15+ years of experience in the credit card and payments industry to manage and optimize the lifecycle of credit card issuance. Your tasks will include collaborating with business stakeholders to document processes, facilitating workshops, and translating business requirements into technical specifications. You will also create test plans and provide training to ensure successful adoption of solutions.
About You
Required:
- 15+ years of credit card and payments experience from the banking industry.
- 10+ years of experience in the end-to-end lifecycle of credit card issuer area.
- Expertise in card application, account management, payment processing, and regulatory compliance.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of BIAN methodology & standards.
- Experience in Payments, Rewards, Rules processing, Configurations, and Reporting.
