About the Role

As a Credit Implementation Staff Analyst, you will partner with various sectors of the organization to implement credit policies that enhance customer interactions. Your responsibilities will include designing new lending products, conducting data quality audits, and collaborating with data scientists and engineers to optimize data architecture and pipelines.

About You

Required:

MS/PhD in Statistics, Operational Research, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of equivalent practical experience.
Track record of experience in data exploration and data pipeline development under defined business scopes and large-scale transactional datasets.
Proficient in data query, data processing, and analytics tools (e.g., SQL/Hive/Hadoop/Tableau).
Familiar with engineering fundamentals and version control systems (e.g., Git, Github).

Preferred:

Experience with decision platforms such as Camunda, Provenir, FICO Blaze, or similar.
Familiarity with business process modeling notation (BPMN) or decision model notation (DMN).
Knowledge of data tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Java, R, Spark).
Detail-oriented with a vision for developing data-driven products.
