- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze financial and credit data.
Preferred:
- Experience in a financial center where goals were met or exceeded.
- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Experience in loan origination in a retail environment.
- Strong time management skills.
- Familiarity with mortgage products and federal regulations.
