About the Role
As a Crew and Shift Leader, you will be responsible for directing the operation of the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager. Your daily tasks will include prepping, baking, and serving pretzels, greeting customers, taking orders, monitoring employee schedules, and assisting with training new staff. You will strive to deliver a high-quality experience while maintaining cleanliness and workplace safety.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old for Shift Leader position.
- Experience in food service or retail is preferred.
Preferred:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
