About the Role

As a Crew Leader, you will plan and delegate tasks, conduct pre-project meetings, assess safety hazards, train and mentor crew members, and ensure successful completion of work according to construction requirements. You will also perform administrative tasks, manage company equipment, and contribute to performance reviews.
