About the Role
As a Crew Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for scheduling train assignments, notifying crews, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with dispatchers, and ensuring compliance with labor agreements and safety regulations. You will also handle emergency crew calls and provide excellent customer service to crew members.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Transportation, Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Must have people skills and management skills to ensure professional interaction with the Operations team.
Preferred:
- Previous Crew Management/Scheduling Experience.
- Experience or understanding of supervisory roles within an FRA regulated railroad environment.
- Knowledge of FRA Regulations on Operating rules GCOR, Timetable and Special Instructions.
- Familiarity with the physical layout and operation of the Authority’s rail system.
