About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Corrections, Psychology, Social Work or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
- Five (5) years of full-time equivalent experience working directly with offenders.
- Must have or obtain VCIN certification within 90 days of hire.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driver’s record.
- One (1) year experience in supervising and training.
- Knowledge of community-based correction processes and the criminal justice process.
