About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work.
- Valid Driver License.
- Experience working with high acuity clients in mental health crisis.
- Active Ohio license(s) such as LSW, MSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, SWT, or CT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently.
- Knowledge of risk issues and verbal de-escalation techniques.

We support all ages, genders, and beliefs, oftentimes in our offices, but also at a client’s home, within a school, a community center, or offsite throughout the region during a response to crisis. Our clinical and administrative team has grown to over 150 employees with an annual budget of over $8 million.
