Seasons Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a Crisis Care Coordinator for a Full-time Evening Shift position in Spencer, IA. The role involves providing crisis services over-the-phone and in-office at the Crisis Stabilization Center.

About the Role

As a Crisis Care Coordinator, you will provide short-term crisis intervention to youth, families, and adults experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychiatric crises. You will work closely with law enforcement, schools, and medical providers to stabilize acute situations and connect individuals with ongoing mental and behavioral health services based on their needs and preferences. The position requires availability for Monday to Friday shifts from 4:00pm to 12:00am, with additional holiday coverage as needed.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree in a human services field with 1+ year of experience.
Certified peer support specialist (or willingness to obtain one) with 1+ year of experience.
Law enforcement officer with 2+ years of experience.
EMT with 2+ years of experience.
RN with 1+ year of experience.

Preferred:

40 hours of crisis response training or willingness to attain it.
Valid driver's license due to frequent travel requirements.
