About the Role
As a Crisis Case Manager, you will collaborate with neurodivergent clients, caregivers, and service providers to ensure long-term community-based supports. Your responsibilities will include providing intensive crisis support, developing service plans, and maintaining communication with team members. You will also participate in crisis response services and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Social Welfare, Education or related field.
One year of experience in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
