About the Role
As a Crisis Clinician, you will work within the Mobile Crisis Unit to deliver emergency crisis intervention services to both youth and adults. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, providing clinical leadership, and coordinating with various agencies to ensure comprehensive care. You will work a schedule from Sunday to Wednesday, 12:00pm to 10:30pm, and will be expected to maintain clinical records and documentation according to standards.
About You
Required:
- Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Social Work, Marriage Family Counselor, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field.
- One (1) year of supervised clinical experience with children or adults.
- Registered with the BBS or BOP required.
- Licensed according to California state law or become licensed within the designated time frame.
Preferred:
- Two (2) to three (3) years of clinical experience with adults or children.
- Training in domestic violence, physical/sexual child abuse, trauma.
- Experience with culturally diverse populations.
- Bilingual communication skills in another language.

- Initial compensation ranges from $77k–$95k per year, depending on experience and location.
