- Minimum bachelor’s degree and Ohio licensure (LSW/LPC).
- Strong assessment skills.
- Ability to work overnight on call.
- Ohio licensure as an LISW/LPCC.
- Prior crisis experience with individuals with chronic mental illness, hospital crisis services, or inpatient psychiatric care.
