Riveon Mental Health and Recovery is seeking a Crisis Recovery Center Clinician to join their team in Lorain, OH. The role involves providing emergency mental health assessments, crisis interventions, and stabilization support for participants in a newly built facility.
About the Role
As a Crisis Recovery Center Clinician, you will be responsible for performing crisis interventions, conducting behavioral health assessments, assisting with admission and discharge planning, and facilitating small groups. You will work collaboratively with a treatment team to ensure the safety and well-being of clients in crisis, while also engaging with community members to promote awareness of crisis services.
About You
Required:
- Licensed in the State of Ohio as an LSW.
- Good working knowledge of DSM-V, mental health assessments, crisis intervention techniques, and substance use disorders.
Preferred:
- Dually licensed LSW and LCDC-II or higher.
- Experience in both mental health and chemical dependency fields.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) is a plus.
