Summary

Northwest Ambulance Critical Care Transport is seeking a Critical Care RN to join their team in Fife, WA. The role involves providing patient assessment, critical nursing care, and transport services to patients as part of the Critical Care Response Transport Team.

About the Role

As a Critical Care RN, you will be responsible for supervising patient care during transport, providing excellent patient care, operating emergency vehicles safely, adhering to company policies, and maintaining safety standards. You will also participate in continuing education, keep vehicles and stations clean, maintain equipment and supplies, and communicate effectively while ensuring strict confidentiality.

About You

Required:

Active and unencumbered RN license.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.

Preferred:

3 years of experience in a critical care or emergency department environment.
Certified in ACLS and PALS prior to hire.
Certified CEN and/or CCRN.
Patient Transport Experience.
BSN.
