- Independently licensed in the state of California (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Psychologist).
- Minimum of a master's degree in mental health.
- Malpractice insurance coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.
- Willing to complete R3C's DEM crisis response training or proof of approved CIR training.
