About the Role
As a Critical Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the data center, including monitoring and maintaining various systems such as HVAC, electrical power distribution, and fire safety systems. You will implement safety protocols, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and ensure operational efficiency while providing exceptional customer service.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a data center or related mission-critical operations role.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and database software.
- Knowledge of NFPA70e, NFPA72, NFPA25, and compliance issues related to fire life safety.
Preferred:
- United States Navy Nuclear Engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
