Summary
Mythic is seeking a CRM Intern for the summer of 2026 to join their Customer Relationship Marketing team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves optimizing and delivering engaging email campaign analysis for clients.
About the Role
As a CRM Intern, you will collaborate with the Customer Relationship Marketing team to gather data on email performance, update dashboards, create post-program reports, and stay current with email marketing trends. You will work closely with the email marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
About You
Required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including vlookup, xlookup, & pivot tables).
- Must be a 2026 graduating senior and located in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the internship.
Preferred:
- Interest in data pipeline and developing marketing reporting solutions.
- Experience with Looker Studio or other data visualization platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics.
- Experience in Marketing Automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
- Basic understanding of email marketing best practices.
Benefits
- $17/hr compensation.
- Full-time, 40 hr/week.
- 8 week program (June - July 2026).
- Hybrid remote with 2-3 days per week in office.
- Computer equipment provided.
