About the Role
As a CRNA at Hillcrest Hospital, you will perform pre-anesthetic assessments, develop anesthetic plans, administer anesthesia, and monitor patients during procedures. You will work in a collaborative environment with CRNAs, CAAs, and MDAs, and have the opportunity to participate in committees and process improvement initiatives. The position offers flexible scheduling options, including four 10-hour shifts or a combination of two 8-hour and two 12-hour shifts per week.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited CRNA program.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) and certified registered nurse anesthetist (CRNA) from the Ohio Board of Nursing.
- Current certification and continued professional certification (CPC) with the National Board of Certification Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications through American Heart Association (AHA).
Preferred:
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications may be required based on work setting.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment and under minimal supervision.
