Sobe Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (DPT, PT, RPT) to provide outpatient therapy services in Crystal River, FL, primarily in residential home and assisted living facility settings.
About the Role
As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a home setting, communicate with families and healthcare professionals, and maintain thorough documentation of services in the EMR. You will have the flexibility to create your own schedule and collaborate with your clinical judgment to provide the best care for geriatric clients.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy.
- Actively Licensed as a FL Physical Therapist.
Preferred:
- New graduate applicants welcome.
- Experience in geriatric therapy.
