Trinity Health is seeking a CT Tech, Contingent to join their team in Pontiac, MI. The role involves performing computerized tomography procedures for the evaluation of pathological entities as prescribed by a physician.
About the Role
As a CT Tech, you will be responsible for completing necessary worksheets, patient records, and documentation. You will assist Radiologists in performing complex sterile diagnostic procedures, administer intravenous contrast media, and monitor patients for reactions. Additionally, you will operate CT equipment, maintain professional relationships with customers, provide on-call coverage, and perform clerical duties related to patient documentation.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a formal program in Radiology Technology in a JRCERT approved school.
- Registered and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
- Current Advanced certification in Computerized Tomography or must complete Advanced registry within one year of hire date.
- ARRT and CT certification.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- ARRT certification with two years as a registered technologist.
Preferred:
- 1 year experience in CT.
