About the Role
As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic examinations, maintaining infection control procedures, preparing and administering contrast media, and operating pre- and post-examination equipment. You will also handle scheduling responsibilities and ensure compliance with hospital policies.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Satisfactory completion of a formal Radiologic Technology training in an AMA approved school and meets requirements for registry by the ARRT.
- Must be registered or if recent graduate, must pass registry.
- BCLS certification required.
- Interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Preferred:
- Six months experience in CT/Radiology preferred.
- Knowledgeable in the performance of all routine exams and familiar with all special exams in all patient categories.
