About the Role
The Culinary Associate I is responsible for ensuring dishes, utensils, pots, and pans are clean, dry, and stored properly. They perform general cleaning tasks including mopping floors, follow HACCP principles, manage position paperwork such as dish machine temperatures and sink forms, adhere to proper hand hygiene procedures, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, and safely use and maintain dish room equipment including cleaning and de-liming dish machines.
About You
Required:
- Able to walk and stand for long periods of time
- Able to push and pull wheeled carts
- Able to communicate effectively and follow oral and written instructions
- Able to tolerate frequent temperature changes, working around equipment that generates heat, steam, and cold
Preferred:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Food Service or Customer Service Experience preferred
