Summary
CSC Generation is seeking a Culinary Lead, FT to join their team in Kirkland, WA. The role involves inspiring customers on their culinary journey and supporting the Resident Chef in managing culinary employees and driving business results.
About the Role
As a Culinary Lead, you will model and direct employees to ensure customer service standards are met, deliver exceptional cooking class experiences, maintain sanitary conditions, and ensure food items are cooked and served correctly. You will also provide coaching and performance feedback, seek opportunities to increase sales, and collaborate with various teams to enhance the culinary experience.
About You
Required:
- 1-2 years of progressively responsible kitchen operations or kitchen management experience.
- Culinary degree or equivalent Sous Chef experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Valid Food Handlers / Food Managers Certification.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Demonstrated successful teaching and training experience.
- Proven ability to drive sales and motivate teams.
- Proven training and communication skills.
- Proven leadership and financial management skills.
