Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Curriculum Developer to join their team in Pensacola, FL. The role involves assisting in the implementation of emergent Intelligence Community (IC) training capabilities and developing training materials.
About the Role
As a Curriculum Developer, you will assist with training development functions and analyze Department of Defense (DoD) and Joint training publications to identify potential revisions needed to legacy curriculum material. You will collaborate with military and civilian stakeholders, technical experts, and operational colleagues to build critical training materials for advanced learners. Your responsibilities will include executing training strategies, fostering a team environment of learning, and producing sophisticated, technical, hands-on training solutions.
About You
Required:
1+ years of experience as an Intelligence Specialist
1+ years of experience as a Curriculum Developer
Experience creating performance-based technical training including practical applications and assessments
Ability to communicate with civilian and military personnel, including oral briefings and developing written material
Knowledge of DoD and Navy guidance documents for task-based curriculum development
Knowledge of learning tools and modalities
Ability to select appropriate teaching methods for the course audience
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
