Summary
Porter-Leath is seeking a Custodian Floater to join their team in Memphis, TN. The role involves maintaining and assuring buildings and grounds are safe, operable, clean, and neat.
About the Role
As a Custodian Floater, you will be responsible for daily and weekly maintenance of the building, including cleaning floors, restrooms, and windows, as well as setting up facilities for meetings and reporting maintenance concerns. You will also assist with site traffic and contribute to team efforts by performing other duties as assigned.
About You
Required:
- Must be able to pass a basic standard skills test.
- Knowledge of custodian and general maintenance skills.
Preferred:
- HSD or GED preferred.
- Prior custodian experience is preferred.
- Experience working in non-profit preferred.
