About the Role
As a Customer Account Analyst, you will support Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) and Senior Customer Service Representatives (SCSRs) in handling escalated calls, addressing complaints, and ensuring quality assurance. Your responsibilities will include conducting new hire training, monitoring CSR and SCSR activities, and coordinating work efforts with other sections and County departments.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five years of experience, including two years of utility experience and three years of customer service experience involving direct customer contact.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.
- Experience in training and onboarding new employees.
