About the Role
As a Customer Advocacy Manager, you will own and manage key elements of the customer reference program, collaborate with various teams to identify advocates, innovate advocacy programs, and track program performance. You will also empower customers to become champions of the brand and drive initiatives that enhance customer experiences.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer advocacy or related fields.
- Proven track record of connecting with individuals and fostering meaningful relationships, especially with C-Suite executives.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience designing and scaling advocacy or influencer programs.
- Background in sales or customer experience.
- Direct involvement with customer advisory boards and NPS programs.
