About the Role
As a Customer Communications Representative I, you will be responsible for answering service calls, responding to customer inquiries via live call or email, and following through on special customer needs. You will handle level 1 call types and work in a hybrid environment, requiring in-office attendance on certain days.
About You
Required:
- HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required.
- 1 to 2 years of related experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, strong attention to detail, organized and able to multitask.
- Successful completion of Call Taker New-Hire training and introductory period.
- Ability to work a wide variety of work shifts/schedules with short notice.
