About You
- 4+ years of consulting/industry experience
- 4+ years of experience in Genesys Engage
- Experience working with agile methodology utilizing Jira
- Certification in Genesys Engage
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Live near or willing to relocate to Houston, TX
- Genesys Cloud CX/Contact Center domain experience
- Strong communication, influence, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience working in a consulting environment
- Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
