Summary
CNH is seeking a Customer Contact Specialist to join their team in New Holland, PA. The role involves providing best-in-class service to customers and dealers regarding Retail Loans, Leases, and Commercial Lending Products.
About the Role
As a Customer Contact Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to customer and dealer inquiries via telephone and email, assisting with online self-service navigation, collaborating with other departments to resolve complaints, and contributing to team goals by meeting performance metrics. You will promote a customer-centric culture and ensure customer retention and service KPIs are prioritized.
About You
Required:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Collections.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Preferred:
- Business-related degree such as finance, management, or business administration.
- Working knowledge of CNH systems including Asset Finance and Default Manager.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Prior call center experience in financial services or commercial banking.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Soft skills including active listening, empathy, and teamwork.
