As a Customer Enablement Solutions Lead, you will be responsible for stakeholder management and team leadership, ensuring smooth operations and alignment with company goals. You will also collaborate with Solutions Managers to develop tooling solutions that meet customer needs while optimizing costs and time throughout the project lifecycle.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of GIS operating model.
- Experience with industry frameworks (ITIL, SAFe, DevOps).
- Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge and experience of SAP, MS Office, and MS Teams.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and tactical execution skills.
- Good self-organization and time management skills.
- Business and financial acumen with strong analytical skills.
