- Strong analytical thinking skills with expertise in customer insight generation.
- Proven experience as a Researcher or Insights specialist in an agency, consulting firm, or Life Sciences company.
- Established independent consulting practice.
- Track record of designing and directing insights programs related to customer engagement.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital and multi-channel engagement in Health.
- Strong client consultation skills and ability to guide strategic discussions.
- Solid academic credentials; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
